How it works

Do the job.
See the whole story.

A final answer only tells you so much. The replay shows how someone got there.

A few answers

Common questions.

The basics, before we talk.

What is Aincrad?

Aincrad turns real work into job simulations. Workers complete a task, the system records their decisions, and a trade expert reviews the evidence. It gives employers and workers a clearer record of what happened.

Is it for hiring or training?

Both. Practice gives workers room to repeat tasks and learn. Assessment records a separate attempt for review against a defined rubric. Practice results and assessment results stay distinct.

Do workers need gaming experience?

No. The goal is to understand how someone approaches the job. Instructions and familiarization should make the controls clear before the work is assessed.

Who reviews the results?

A qualified practitioner reviews the replay and the relevant job criteria. Software organizes the evidence; people make the final readiness or hiring decision.

Which industries are you starting with?

Data center commissioning is the first focus. The same approach can be adapted to other physical trades by changing the tasks, tools, procedures, and review criteria.
